Bulk Hiring Recruiter – JD & JS

We are currently seeking young and dynamic Recruiters with a positive “can do” attitude
Job Title: Recruitment Executive (BFSI/BPO – Bulk Hiring)
Office Location: Thiruvanchery, Tambaram, chennai (Near Bharath Polytechnic College)
Job Location: Remote
Education Qualification: MBA HR
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Experience
Skills: Effective communication skills and other soft skills must
Others: Basic MS Office, Google sheet knowledge must
Working Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Package: Fixed monthly salary – Rs. 14000 per month for 20 Bulk Hiring Closure
Monthy Incentive: Up to Rs. 7000 (30 Bulk Hiring Closure)
Successful Recruitment Incentive: Up to Rs. 10000 Per Month
Note: Your salary will be calculated at a rate of Rs. 700 per candidate who has joined and is active.

Bulk Hiring Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

Achieving the Takecare Manpower’s objectives by conducting successful recruitment processes.
Understanding client requirements details properly (Job description & job specification).
Choose the job portal that will attract the most applicants.
Use social media and job sites to post job ads to find and attract active job seekers.
More than 60 candidates have to be screened daily through telephone.
Screening applicant’s resume, analyzing their responses, verifying documents and shortlisting interested candidates against job requirements.
Scheduling and sending screened & interested candidates for client interview.
Giving interview date, time, address, location and interview tips to the candidate.
Candidates who have joined the client organization should follow up to 90 days.
